Okay-as I was wrapping up a low&slow (no pics-didn't happen) cook this PM, I was reflecting upon how about everything I do with regard to prepping for BGE cooks is timed (and not by accident) when the SWMBO is not around the kitchen to critique the mess/clean-up efforts. Seems my transition from prep to clean-up is not nearly as fast as it should be. Surely the inside/outside environment influences others??
