    don't forget you can edit (that way you don't have a string of attempts).

    nice clean adjustable rig there. 

    did you do all four the same or were there differences in the rub?
    like the side, too.  my kids actually love green beans.  i haven't told them they aren't supposed to.

    All with the same rub. She who must be obeyed isn't very adventurous. My kids are in their 20's so I'm well past any chance to pull the wool over their eyes. We do love these when Costco has them, French style.
    The salt and pepper shakers were a gift from my neighbor, whom I cook for frequently.
