Coated lightly with mustard last night and rubbed with Rendezvous Famous Seasoning. Sprinkled on some turbinado sugar this morning and put them on the Egg , plate
setter legs up and DigiQ set to 250 with
several chunks of Apple & Hickory.
After 3 hours, wrapped in foil with brown sugar, honey, more Rendezvous,
and a splash of Abita Purple Haze for 1 hour.
Put them back on, unwrapped, and glazed with Bone Suckin’ Sauce for a

They turned out really good.
There wasn’t much of a smoke ring…any suggestions on how to get a better
Also, how do you add pictures to the body of your discussion? I tried to attach the pics in the order I did everything. And sorry for the poor quality...they are from my phone.
