So on my first try at cooking pizza on my XL, it was really good. After eating lunch at my favorite pizza place in ATL (Fellini's), I bought 2 fresh pizza doughs. Brought them home, and we were ready to roll.
Set up... Indirect, legs up, 600 degrees. Lodge Cast iron pizza pan on grate.
I cut each dough ball in half and rolled it out on parchment paper. Dressed them with sauce, veggies, and cheese.
Transferred to Egg with pizza peel. Cooked 10 minutes.
