If you are in the Dallas area check out the Crossroads Diner at Walnut Lane across from Presby Hospital. We had the pork enchiladas and they are really really good. The kids say their pork shanks are wonderful. Their sticky buns aren't bad either. http://www.crossroads-diner.com/
