Unbelievable pizza tonight off the large Big Green Egg. Pizza dough and sauce. Topped with fresh Agugula, shaved Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil! Indirect method with plate setter legs UP. Standard cooking grid atop the plate setter legs then a Lodge cast iron pizza pan. Dome temp read about 400 degrees. Cook time was about 10 minutes.
