We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer.      So......... my baby boy is going to middle school after a stellar elementary career.........  Sunday I have to bbq for the neighborhood.  28 Butts will go on at 0700.  Obviously my 2 large eggs wont hold the 28 butts, so I am breaking the pull behing outta mothballs.  Monday is reheat the pulled pork and 200  hot dogs and Brunswick Stew and rewarming the pulled pork.  Then on Tuesay i leave for the beach..........  No egg time factored into the equation.  I love my pull behing, however the egg is going to be sad.
