This fall, I'll be taking pulled pork to college football tailgates. We will leave the house in the morning, but not get there and eat until the afternoon. Should I pull the pork before I go, or leave it together and pull it there at the tailgate? My inclination is to just leave it in a foiled ice chest and pull it there, but you guys are the experts.
While I'm at it, same question, but for cutting brisket?
