Im wondering everyone favorite seasonings??

i prefer garlic, buffalo, onion, and more and more garlic.

right now we have johnnys seasoning salt and a few of my own special dashes of randomness and a buffalo rub that i love (buffalo wild wings).. and today i got a few dizzy pig samples in the mail.  I would say i am lacking big time!  We started eating paleo about 6 months ago (ALL MEAT!!) so i'm trying to venture out from the usual.  It has been fun with local farmers CSA's and getting random meat ive never heard of and now i finally have an egg to cook it on - I LOVE cooking.

This thread has a bunch of rubs/seasonings.  http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1139703/weapons-of-meat-destruction/p1

Dizzy Pig products are pretty popular around these parts.  He's a fellow egger so that gives him a couple points too.

I saw the Dizzy Pig rubs when I was buying my egg and forgot to leave with them. Kicking myself as I want to try them.

Like Dizzy Pig, but Simply Marvelous rubs are the best IMO.

just ordered a bunch of the Simply Marvelous.  Looking forward to it, but had to have it delivered to the office.
My beautiful wife doesn't understand why we need 20+ different rubs.  Poor thing just doesn't understand

I have about 4 of them...the tsunami spin on chicken is insane - I did my first spatchcock chicken with this and I may never eat chicken another way again.   B-)
