    There yiu go. That looks cook. Pricey but cool. If you are going to use your modernist cooking book, yiu'll need a chamber sealer.

    So check out for all the cool toys in the book. Meat glue, carrageenan, and all the other stuff they talk about in there. Great site
    Very entertaining thanks for the link. Reminds me of my organic chemistry class. Definitely another world, but definitely the way my cooking is going. Wanted some chive flowers too, they look cool on food may just grow my own if I can get my chives to flower. I saw some people using meat glue on here nice to know where to get it.
