So I was looking into the adjustable rig with stone as I was going to return my plate setter and want to have a more stable / permanent option for raised grid direct cooking. BUT I can't find my plate setter receipt.

That said - I hadn't been familiar with the Woo until just now. According to the ceramic grill store website pics - it looks like the Woo will do raised grid cooking and can use the plate setter? This sound right? If so I think this is the option I'll go with...

    There is a new woo coming out (PS woo to replace the woo3). Unlike the AR or woo 3 it cab use the plate setter.
    Last I looked at the store it wasn't out yet, but you can give tom a call, or drop him a line.
    I'm looking forward to ordering one myself.
