We did some freezer cleaning and ended up with a mix of shrimp, pork, and chicken. I had cooked veggies on the XL with a half load of lump, so when I went to do the wok I spread the burning ones around, and then dumped some new coal on top. This made the most perfect even coals I've ever had. I think this is now part of the wok set up.
