I have had my egg < 2 months. Just spatchcocked my 2nd chicken. Every time I make chicken on the egg, it turns out SO good - as in way better than any other method (deep frying can come close). I am sure some of you have come to the same conclusion.
So here is my point: maybe it is a conspiracy that they call it an "egg" since it is the best thing to cook chicken on by far..... Thoughts? hehe
