cant believe it took me this long to cook some steaks on the egg.... When I bought my egg in October  and started researching different methods of cooking on it,  I never had  heard of the Trex Method.. props and thanks to ya'll..

pics arent the greatest.. I was whooped by the time i was done cooking and didnt care much about presentaion :).. long days of work and 21 month old twins can make for a long but short evening!

 the meat - ribeye for me and filet for the wife..  didnt go overboard on the cuts just in case i ruined it - lol

    she had the filet and loved it.  she only does steak about once every 3 months..  she said why do we bother continuing go out to eat- i said outside of being a habit i dont know!
  • The only reason I ever go out to eat is to let somebody else do the dishes!

    Lookin' good!  I haven't looked back since I started TREXing steaks.  Seems foolproof.
