Well - had a few successful cooks over the weekend.
Friday night was Foil Pack veggies, and Cedar Planked Beef Tenderloin with Bacon Blue Cheese Butter:
I seared the steaks with salt and pepper, both sides, then took them off, let the egg cool a bit, added a cedar plank, and put the steaks and blue cheese butter on (extra blue cheese on mine in the foreground). Steaks ended up a little bit overdone for my tastes, but they were still incredibly tasty!
Sunday - we had a simply bbq with a couple friends of ours. No pictures of the cooked food (too busy with the beer and food), but ABTs and Burgers were on the menu. Burgers ended up a little overdone as well (really need to work on, "the egg cooks fast" mentality)...
Still really great meals.
