Fresh caught swordfish

Heading back home tomorrow and my buddy just called with the catch of the day. He just steaked up some swordfish that was caught today. It's going to be a rough weekend! Swordfish tomorrow evening and a superball tournament Saturday at the beach. I will post pics of the fish. Trying to figure out if I want to blacken a steak or not

    Now those are some handsome steaks. 

    Personally, maybe I've never had it done right, but I'm not a blackened fan.

    Decided not to blacken them. Little salt and pepper was all they needed

    I grew up at the coast and love fresh seafood. Cutting the bloodline out of the steaks is a must!!!!
