I want to give a huge plug to Fred at Fred's Music and Barbecue Supply in Shillington, PA, for the best service I have ever received. He does an extensive mail order business; if you're considering any supplies that you can't get locally, give him a try. (He goes by the name of "Smokin Guitar Player" and sells "Tasty Licks" sauces and rubs. Check out his videos.)

My husband and I drove from Philly last week to pick up a mini egg and a bunch of other things. When we got home, we had an issue. Fred took care of it way, way past my expectations. From now on, I'll go to Fred for all my BBQ needs. Thanks!

I've bought his rubs and they are great too! My dad and I met him at the store one weekend. He was cooking test recipes for a competition and was giving "samples" to customers. We left with full bellies. Whole burgers, chicken legs and a slice of dessert pizza were the samples.

All great comments about Fred.  He also has a forum in which I visit every day and have learned a lot about how to cook not only on the egg but, other methods.  I have bought some things online that are cheaper than what I can get here.
