    Tired Jim,
Max can certainly help you with that, but Woodoggies is the original oyster mushroom man. He lives near Pennsylvania mushroom country where you can get a 3 lb box for about a dollar or something like that. Woo, you bringing some to Eggfest man? [p]Brett[p]

  • The Virginian,
no only is woodogs bringing some to cook on saturday, he is bringing me a 3 pound box as well. .. obviously, i will be sharing with my deserving neighbors. . ..[p]as to how to cook them, simply brush them with olive oil (leave them in their natural clumps), maybe a little raging river rub, although i didn't last night), and grill them direct over pretty high heat (i had the egg in the 400 degree range), till done, about 10 minutes total, turning them a couple of times. . .everyone raved about them last night. ...
