Morning everyone,

I will be Egging a 13lb bone-in Prime Rib today and was wondering how long it should expect it to cook at 250* dome to get to 130* internal temp?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

    My guess, 3 hours.

OK. My buddy cooked a 7 lb PR a couple weeks ago on his egg and he said it took in the 3-3.5 hr range. So I would guess then that the size of the roast really doesn't matter.
