Will a medium egg be able to cook 4 five-pound turkey breasts at once on the main grid?

I would guess so. I cook 12 pound whole turkeys on my mediums on a raised grill. Considering the body cavity size, I suspect that just 4 breasts would not have more bulk than the breasts and legs attached to the carcass.
