Back from Vacation--- Cured BGE withdrawals (pic heavy)

Been on vacation since last Wednesay and wont return to work until this wednesday. Finally back home and had to fire up the egg as I was having serious withdrawals. Camera died on first cook from last night, but got one pic. Salmon and shrimp on the egg to accompany asapragus and parmesan grits. Second set of pics is lunch today. Thanks to Village Idiot for the eggroll wrapper idea. I made Eggroll Wrapper PIzza Wraps. Cooked them at 550 indirect, platesetter legs up, pizza stone on grate. Roughly 6 minutes each. First pic shows the ingredients I had in my fridge after vacation---- egg roll wrappers, spinach, goat cheese, pepperjack cheese, fresh mozzarella, and all natural pizza sauce... Bake them and then fold them to make a wrap...Amazing lunch, and thanks to VIllage Idiot for another great suggestion on the egg with the eggroll wrappers for a small pizza.
