Is the dust good for Anything. I'm thinking it might be good for fire starter when I go camping. Maybe lawn food. What do you all do with the dust and small bits left over.

While I'm on waste what about the ash. Any good uses for it.

I'm not one for sorting through a bag of lump, so I just dump it all in, small bits, dust and all.

  • I throw mine in the composter.

  • I did that last weekend and had a hard time getting up to temp. The dust seemed to kinda clog up the works and prevent airflow.

the smaller pieces burn too! if they're smaller than your air openings discard, otherwise put them on top of your larger chunks, or in the garden.
