Steak Last Night / Pizzas today...BGE Rules

Hey Ya'll:[p]I haven't posted in a while as I mostly lurk. I cooked some real fine NY strip steaks last night up here in North Carolina. My daughter says my BGE steaks rule...and I tend to agree...without the egg a steak is just not the same. I fed all my "wimmen" as it is Mother's day weekend. Cheers to all the Mothers out there...[p]I have made pizza before on my egg but today I tried all scratch ingredients...and it was very good...I used the pizza crust receipe off the Naked Whiz's site (Thanks) and it is very good....made the stuff in 2 batches in my bread machine...very good..used the sauce recipe also and it turned out very good.. also used pepperoni and Italian ham....the one that I can't spell Ha...starts with a P and you know what it is...stuffed with cheese...bought the stuff at Costco...they have great steak and very good Italian cooking ingredients...fresh Mots cheese..with sun dried tomatos as well...all three of my pizzas were great...[p]It is finally warm today! 80 degrees for the first time. I am loving my bare feet getting burned on the deck...and seeing the egg is good and we love our egg.[p]Andrew
