A recipe from Bobby Flay`s, and modifiy a little.
The Tamarind glaze with Guajillo chili, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pineapple grlled and tossed with white onion very thinly sliced, lime and canola oil.
Pickled red onion with lime, salt and pepper.
Had a lot of trouble with my new BBQ Guru DigiQDx2, will post later on that.
The odd thing is that I invited my parents for dinner, the duck would not defrost, I cancelled, then it defrosted.
Then a good friend called that he was having a B-day party, so i confirmed!
So now there is a Duck ready to eat and no one to eat it! :(
I will have to call my parents and let them know that the Duck its on his way to his dinner table!
I hope they leave me something to taste!
