Here's my idea, tell your significant other that the meat is on, throw a few chips on the Egg and toss the meat into a cooler next to the smoker. After an hour (or whatever your guestimate is) when her or his back is turned toss the grub on. I would personally have overdone veggies or whatever they're working on than to put aside the entire reason you bought the Egg in the first place. Smoke on
