can you keep it warm for another hour or two?"  Time to band together Eggers. I've seen that line too many times in different posts and I've only owned an egg for less than a week. Here's my idea, tell your significant other that the meat is on, throw a few chips on the Egg and toss the meat into a cooler next to the smoker. After an hour (or whatever your guestimate is) when her or his back is turned toss the grub on. I would personally have overdone veggies or whatever they're working on than to put aside the entire reason you bought the Egg in the first place. Smoke on
