    First time trying out pics, but here's some from last weekends break in procedure. I cooked the gasket almost completely off after my 6th pizza at 650+....oh well!~~~!!! The mother ship is sending out a new one, and when i kill that one I'll be doing a rutland install.

    The new one will work well, I burned mine up on my first pizza cook also.  I belive it is a combo of a bad gasket and rookie mistakes that fry these things.  I have had thing screeming hot many times with the new gasket and no problems at all.
