The pic is a lil blurry, possibly from the vodka/tonics. Made the Mad Italian from Mellow Mushroom. Olive oil and garlic base, salami, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, ham, onion and shrooms. topped with mozz and parmesan. used publix dough. maybe the best pizza i've made on the egg yet.image

    Looks great. We have been rubbing the dough with a little EVOO and then sprinkling course salt around and on the crust right before we build it. Tastes just like Mellow Mushroom. Give it a try.
