So you know those Korean BBQ places that have grills at each table and you can cook your pork, beef, or chicken right there and eat it as it comes off the grill. Very nice with all the sides they have. Well I thought I'd try with a rig we had from a few years back. this thing never really worked well on the stove in the house but, it was just the right size for the spider.

Worked out very well.

Way cool !!!  Was it a special Korean BBQ marinate?

Edit/Update:  Duh, I've had this sitting in my pantry for over a year, not knowing what to do with it.  I think I just decided.

  • Yeah that is one and there are others as well. Some spicier then others. We have a Korean market in town so we get the sides as well.

Thanks Erick.  If this isn't spicy enough, I can always add chili oil or a chili garlic sauce.  Instant heat.   :)
