Spatchcock turkey

Just pulled off a 13lb spatchcock turkey. Done at 375 to 400 dome temp, took 1.5 hours. Forgot it was done indirect.http://i1074.photobucket.com/albums/w414/dkbaker08/8cc4fb26.jpg
