It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Can you leave the parchment paper under the pizza the whole cook?

I have heard some say they do. I have not personally tried it, but I think you would be ok.

I did a pizza tonight and left the parchment under for the whole cook with zero problems! This is exactly what parchment paper is for.

Thanks all, I am planning my first pizza cook for Thursday. A little scared, don't want to screw up.

Yes, you can definitely leave it the whole cook.....the edges might be a little charred, but where it counts around and under the pizza, is totally fine.
