I have 2 pork loins, 1 lb of bacon, dried apricots, fresh apples and cashews. I'm thinking 1 will be a loin with apricots, honey chipotle bbq, cashews wrapped in bacon and the second one will be apple slices, cashews, sweet baby rays bbq and plowboys yard bird.
I have most popular rubs everyone is using and several bbq sauces I can use. Should I mix and match anything or make as I'm planning. I want only 1 loin wrapped in bacon.
I will be doing indirect 350° grate till they are 142°
And I will post pics with my weapon of choice.
