So I bought my egg around the turn of the year and I've been cooking from Big Bob Gibson's Barbecue Book - so far everything has been awesome.

I was goofing around on CL and found a medium egg/mates/platesetter/ash tool/coal for sale for $400. My brother-in-law ended up buying it. It's 4 years old and looks like it's been used less than mine!

When we showed it to my wife, she was dumbfounded as to why I didn't but it. In two months, she's gone from wondering why the heck I need a second unit (have a gigantic Brinkmann) to saying I'm a fool for not getting another egg. She told me to be on the lookout for another deal on a new egg. Now that's music to my ears!
