As almost everyone on this forum, I have fried that cheap factory installed felt gasket and need to upgrade. I was wondering if anyone has used the High Que Nomex gasket that already has the adhesive on it? I know a lot of people like rutlands and other types of gaskets, but I am wondering about this particular gasket. I know it is quite a bit more in cost, but I am interested if anyone has used it. If so, does the adhesive hold up? I tried going without a gasket as some have suggested, but I find that once I shut it down, it continues to burn my lump for around 2-3 hours causing me to go through A LOT of lump because of air flow.
