    That was such a clean cook @cazzy‌. I'm sure it didn't take long to get that used feeling with some of your great cooks. I remember mine got black with the first cook of 3 racks of ribs...

    Yeah, it didn't take long to get a bunch of black flavor in my dome. I'd guess about 3 or 4 cooks.
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

    Have you been to his restaurant? DW's BBQ? Place is freaking great. His brisket makes me HAPPY just thinking about it.
    For those of you who haven't been to DW's BBQ, it by reservation only, but the prices are great, and the food usually won't make you sick.
