  • Good looking cooks...all of 'em. Wish I had some of that outside meat off that butt. Did the same thing to the only brisket I tried, but the thicker part of the meat was good.

  • The top felt gasket fell off on the first cook (spatchcock chicken).  I reattached it using 3M 77 Adhesive and that worked well until the temperature got away from me prepping for the brisket and the gaskets fused together.
