That's this weekend's cook...



  • Loin: salt/brown sugar/herb brine, favorite rub, cook direct at 350 until IT reaches 130-140, foil for 5-15 minutes and serve
    Tenderloin: Cluck and Squeal is my choice for rub because the pork and the rub compliment eat other so well, 30 minute RT rest after rub is applied. The cook the same as the loin except pull when IT reaches 135-140. Have fun

    i like garlic in and on the loins that i cook. 

    Well, like garlic on everything i cook.

  • Bge,About 40 minutes for the tenderloin and about a hour for the loin. Cook to temp not time
    Steve, garlic is our friend. Anytime i do a low and slow cook i throw couple of well oiled garlic heads on. Roasted garlic butter on just salt and pepper steak is um um good

  • This is a recipe from the p90x excercise & nutrition program. I haven't done it on the egg yet. Maybe tonight. It is one of my favorite pork dishes. It is called Island Pork Tenderloin
