peanut Chicken satay
I bought the marinade at one of the Kitchen stores at the outlet mall last weekend, sliced some boneless breasts up into strips and put on wooden skewers, brought the egg up to 400 and then put on my half moon ceramic thing to protect the wooden end so I could flip without burning my hand.
These were fantastic, Moist, not too spicy, and the wife loved them. ( the best part)
two of them were the teriaki sesame sauce from trader joes. ok, but not as good as the peanut.
Yes it is an XL. I love my egg, I have trouble going out to restaurants unless I am traveling for business and then I usually have something I cant cook at home, or something I want to try at home.
