It decided to start acting like winter a little bit here in the midwest, so I decided to make chicken noodle soup Egg Style!
I did a standard direct raised grid spatchcock chicken on my large. 350* dome until the breast was at 165*. Chicken was perfect. Meanwhile I had the broth simmering with the vegetables in a dutch oven. Combined it all together once the chicken was done. Excellent winter time soup dinner.
