cooking my first boston bum this weekend ! any suggestions on what temp. to cook and how long? i purchased a digi q also just for fun. probablly going to be a 5 - 6 pounder. also any suggestions on prep of the bum? mustard, rubs, apple juice etc.

Keep it simple. Put a rub on it and cook it on the Egg indirect at 250*.
