My simple wing sauce recipe comes from a pretty well regarded wing joint in my area.  1 part hot sauce and 1 part butter.  For the Super bowl I made a few batches.  I used a bottle of hot sauce, 2 sticks of butter, and this time, I added a 1/2 block of cream cheese.  When things got hot I realized the cheese would not break down 100% into the sauce, so I threw it in a blender.  It was perfect.  When the wings were gone, I mopped up the remaining sauce with some home made baguettes.  Delicious.  imageimage
