Superbowl Ribs

I decided to do ribs today for the superbowl...nothing too fancy just used a hickory garlic rub from John Henry's and some cherry smoke wood in chunk form.

Here they are after about 4 hours at 250 degrees grid.

Going to foil in a pan with a little apple juice for a bit to finish them out then brush with sauce and back on direct for a bit.
