Blackberry Grilling Glaze

1/2 cup blackberry preserves
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp mustard powder
2 tbls red wine vinegar
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
Add all to non reactive pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat simmer 10 mins. Stirring constantly. Blend in blender* or use an immersion blender. Let cool.
*If using blender take note to pulse, hot liquids tend to run out the top.
