Cooked my first brisket today and I have one question... Brisket where have you been all my life?
Bought a 7 pounder from Wegmans a couple days ago so I could try this meat I keep reading about. Put on the Egg this morning and nine and a half hours later we had some of the most flavorful meat I have ever tasted. Followed the "Braggin' Rights Brisket" recipe in the SMoke & Spice cookbook.
My wife asked why I was taking photos. I said a wise man once said "pictures or it didn't happen".
