Cedar planked Salmon with a maple butter sauce.

    Is the maple butter sauce just maple syrup and butter or something more?

    @Billyray -50/50 Maple syrup and unsalted butter warmed on the Egg.


    @Tom -Not off the boat, but fresh from the local fish monger.

    Used your maple butter sauce on some CoHo Salmon, seasoned with DP Raging River. Also did pineapple quarters with DP Pineapple Head and some maple butter sauce. SOOOOO good!
