Boneless Leg of Lamb

Fellow
Eggheads,

I bought a
boneless leg of lamb and Sam's yesterday and it's my first time cooking one. The
instructions on the package say to cook at 425 for 30 min, then reduce temp to
350 at 10-15 min per pound to an internal temp of 155 where the leg should be medium.
Does this sound correct to the rest of you? Also do you have any suggestions as
to what rub should applied? I'm thinking 155 seems a little hot, and would
rather have it at medium rare, but would like to hear your opinions on how to
cook.  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Thanks
