This does the trick for my burgers.  I made a form for burgers to fit sandwich rolls instead of round burger rolls but they are a bit long for most spatulas although a fish spatulas does work.  I form the burgers from 80/20 ground beef, freeze them and throw them on a hot grill rock-solid-frozen.  They come out great with no broken burgers.  I always have some in the freezer for short notice company.  Depending on the math I make them 9 to 12 ounces.  The upper end is a bit much for me but our college-age grandsons can wolf down the big-uns.  So it's a great toy and reasonably priced.  Only mod I did was drill a hole in the handle for a cord to hang up with my frequently used stuff.
