I am the proud recipient of a large BGE for Christmas and spend most of last weekend breaking it in. WOW, how have I lived this long without one of these things?!?! Salmon, Ribeyes, Veggies, Poppers, Pork Loin etc. all was wonderful. I can't wait to try more! Hell, this may motivate me to purchase half a cow.
I'm really digging all the advise on the forum also. Thanks for all the pointers!
Happy Egging!
