I am the proud recipient of a large BGE for Christmas and spend most of last weekend breaking it in.  WOW,  how have I lived this long without one of these things?!?!  Salmon, Ribeyes, Veggies, Poppers, Pork Loin etc. all was wonderful.  I can't wait to try more!  Hell, this may motivate me to purchase half a cow.

I'm really digging all the advise on the forum also.  Thanks for all the pointers!

 Happy Egging!

You will need additional space in your home for all of your eggcessaries as well as rubs and spices. ;) Word to the wise, don't try claiming any of your wife's space for storage.
