breakfast and lunch sandwiches cooked exclusively on the BGE

I'm thinking seriously of starting a mom and pop stand / food truck to serve breakfast and lunch options cooked exclusively on my BGEs that i would sell in the $10 - $15 range . Although i have my own ideas somewhat on breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage, ham bacon, and lunch of pulled pork, and chicken, I would be very open to any suggestions from the experienced professionals. I live in Stowe Vermont and have been able to attend the Egglandfests in Brentwood New Hampshire the last few years. I've met some great people in the BGE tradition and would like to promote and showcase what the BGE is all about. I live in a farmhouse on a fairly busy road ( by VT standards) with nothing but fields, corn, and pumpkin patches surrounding me amongst some scattered barns. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

10 to 15 dollars. Better be a big sandwich. Or the best sandwich I've ever eaten.Geaux Tigers!!!

i hope this doesn't come across wrong, I would do some market tests, and research before i stood on the side of the road and try to sell expensive sanwiches for breakfast.XL Walled Lake, MI

Yes, a 10-15 dollar breakfast better be REAL good! For that price I want a sit down breakfast!

For some reason it seems Food Trucks can get away with serving $10 - $15 lunch plates. Once truck in my area has an all you can eat BBQ and it is like $15. Crazy. You need to find a high traffic affluent area. Also, need to hype up the Egg and have some really different twists on your menu. Hit some events and give up samples before launching I would think. $10-15 sounds expensive for what seems like a rural area, esp in VT surrounded by fields and barns. Maybe a food truck can get away with it in a big city with gourmet like foods, but doubt it will fly in the country. You also need to check with city/county about all the permits and such you will need. Might be too much of a hassle, unless this is your passion and what you truly want to do.

It's Stowe, Vermont. People with money go there to spend money. Every market is different but if it's a good sandwich and if it's quaint enough, people will pay the premium. Or enough people to make it worth your while will.
