I had several batches of AZRPs pizza dough in the freezer so I decided to make a pizza from my christmas leftovers. Started with some mashed potatoes and gravy for the base, threw on some turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, and a pile of mozarella. My Fiancee was kind of skeptical about the mashed potatoes but they turned out to be one of the best parts and this was one of the best pizzas I have ever made if not the best. Cooked at 500 for about 10-12 minutes high in the dome. Last pic is the kegerator I got for Christmas freshly loaded with a keg of sweetwater 420.
