What is the best recommended temp and time to smoke a 20lb Turkey?  I'm planning to use a temp of 350 at 15min per pound.  Any suggestions?  It will be soaked in a brine solution.

  • I normally Egg mine at 325 till breast is 160 and thigh is 180. I never cook strictly on time.

  • A guy did a poll on the old forum and the times were pretty much 12 to 15 minutes per pound at 325.

  • Thanks, I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
  • Little Steven - Thats good info to know.  I normally tell the crowd, "It done when it's done.  Have another cocktail."
